By accessing kemo-tv.store, requesting a free IPTV trial, or purchasing a Kemo TV subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Kemo IPTV provides access to a subscription-based IPTV streaming service, including live channels and video-on-demand content, delivered over the internet. Channel availability, quality, and content may vary by region and is subject to change without notice.

3. Eligibility and account use

• Subscription credentials are issued for personal use only and must not be resold, shared publicly, or used on an unauthorized number of simultaneous devices.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4. Payments and billing

All subscription plans are prepaid. Payments are processed securely through PayPal, Stripe, or supported cryptocurrency networks. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change at any time; existing active subscriptions are honored at the price paid until expiration.

5. Service availability

6. Acceptable use

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service, without refund, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, including unauthorized sharing or resale of credentials.

8. Limitation of liability

Kemo TV is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of kemo-tv.store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
